Michael de Broglio reports that the new Bill will be considered by the Portfolio Committee on 14 October. Reports suggest that the Portfolio Committee asked the Department of Transport to consider and put forward those proposals.
Information supplied by a Parliamentary web-site detailing what the RAF told Parliament - such as only 46% of the money goes to claimants and that in a typical case an attorney takes R13 000 out of a R20 000 settlement! Either their are a lot of crooks or I charge like a fool - or far more likely, the info is bull!
