  Michael de Broglio advises that the Road Accident Fund placed advertisements in the media today, announcing direct payments from 1 August 2008. As recently as Friday, 18 July, the RAF denied knowledge as to when direct payments would commence

  Information supplied by a Parliamentary web-site detailing what the RAF told Parliament - such as only 46% of the money goes to claimants and that in a typical case an attorney takes R13 000 out of a R20 000 settlement! Either their are a lot of crooks or I charge like a fool - or far more likely, the info is bull!
